The boy crossed the desert, and finally reached the monastery of Sceta.

 There he asked to attend one of Abbott's lectures

and later receiving the permission.

That afternoon, the abbot spoke about the need to meditate using the image of the Sacred Heart.

Then he spoke of the importance of silence.

Finally, when the lecture ended, he asked the newcomer to go help the others in the construction of a road to connect the village near the monastery.

But why? Asked the boy. - After all accounts, the important thing is just to pray.

"Praying is very important," said the abbot, but you can pray even better if you find with your hands,

 a way to communicate with your neighbor.
